Need an Official Record?
Use the following Utah County routes for the record you need:
- Court files: Fourth District Court at 137 N Freedom Blvd., Provo, for felony and class A cases; Utah County Justice Court at 151 S University Ave., Suite 3300, Provo, for county class B and C matters
- Justice Court help: 801-851-7200, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Personal Utah rap sheet: Utah Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Identification Right of Access
- Arrest, booking, and Sheriff reports: UCSO Records Office at the County Security Center in Spanish Fork
- City police reports: the Provo, Orem, Lehi, or other municipal agency that wrote the report
- Expungement: BCI for the certificate process, followed by the court of judgment when a petition is required
The county agency counter is the UCSO Records Office, 3075 N Main, Spanish Fork, UT 84660, 801-851-4500, SheriffRecords@utahcounty.gov. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. Construction limits counter access, so the Sheriff prefers NextRequest; visitors who need in-person help enter through Jail Visiting.
