Why We Built This Site
Utah has several distinct access systems, and each answers a narrower question. The Utah County Sheriff maintains jail bookings and agency reports. Court clerks preserve filed charges, hearings, judgments, and dispositions. BCI supplies fingerprint-based Right of Access records to their subjects, while UDC covers current state custody or supervision. The state registry is a separate public-notification tool. We bring the verified contacts, fees, request paths, and limits for those offices into one Utah County reference.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Utah court, police department, sheriff, or state office. Our role has firm limits:
- We do not issue certified court files, rap sheets, reports, or booking records
- We cannot submit GRAMA requests or expungement papers for a reader
- We do not perform official background checks or retrieve a person’s record
- We cannot apply Utah law to a reader’s charge, warrant, or case
- We cannot promise that an agency fee, address, phone line, or schedule has not changed
An official copy must come from the Utah County Sheriff, the originating court, Utah BCI, or the other office that maintains it. We only identify those sources.
